I'm working with a growing cybersecurity consultancy that's built a strong reputation across Penetration Testing, SOC and Advisory services. As the team continues to expand, they're looking to hire a Lead Penetration Tester who can combine hands-on delivery with mentoring and leadership responsibilities.

You'll work closely with the Head of Penetration Testing, helping to shape and develop the service while remaining involved in a variety of technical engagements across a predominantly commercial client base.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering on a variety of tests (Web, APIs, Infra, Cloud etc...)
• Mentoring and supporting junior consultants
• Producing high-quality client reports
• Supporting pre-sales activity and client discussions
• Helping develop and grow the penetration testing practice

What they're looking for

• Strong experience across infrastructure and application security testing
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring others
• A self-starter who can work independently

This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of penetration testing but is also looking for more responsibility, more influence and the chance to develop their leadership skills.
