A fantastic opportunity for a highly capable EA to support at the senior level in a high-growth environment. This is a fast-paced, varied role that combines high-level executive support with elements of operational expertise. The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and exceptionally well-organised, with proven experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate CEO needs to optimise their time and focus.
• Manage a complex calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and research for meetings.
• Event planning.
• Maintain CRM data and handle confidential information with discretion.
• EA line management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years supporting at the senior level in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech, fintech, private equity, VC or start up experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, high EQ, and a proactive and logistical mindset.
• Resilient, composed, able to make an impact with minimal oversight, and able to juggle conflicting priorities.
