Design Support Officer - #2182272

Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Design Support Officer on behalf of a well-established national organisation operating within a professional and highly regulated sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to join a busy communications team, producing high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will help transform complex information into engaging, accessible communications for a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design materials including reports, presentations, training resources, publications and digital content
• Create engaging graphics, infographics, diagrams and visual assets to support internal and external communications
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency
• Support the preparation and formatting of documents for both digital and print distribution
• Work with colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are achieved and priorities are effectively balanced
• Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging communication materials
• Support the wider communications team with design expertise and creative input

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a graphic design, communications or creative support role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent design and visual communication skills across print and digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident stakeholder manager and communicator
• Able to present complex information in a clear and engaging format
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills

Location: Central London

Duration: 3-6 month temporary contract

Pay rate: £322 per day (inside iR35, paid via an Umbrella company)

Working hours: Full-time

Working pattern: Hybrid
