FAMILY SOLICITOR 2 PQE | LONDON
Our client is hiring an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor 2 PQE to join their Family Department in Greenwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident family law professional who can independently manage a varied caseload and deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Private children matters and Child Arrangements Orders.
• Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders.
• Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements.
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Negotiations, mediation and settlement discussions.
• Court applications, hearing preparation and advocacy where appropriate.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales or suitably qualified CILEX Fellow.
• Current, unrestricted practising certificate.
• Strong experience managing your own family law caseload.
• Confident handling divorce, financial remedy, private children and domestic abuse matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and client-focused.
• A proactive approach to business development and building professional relationships.
