Junior Data Analyst - #2182369

Robert Half Technology have partnered with an innovative global agricultural technology business to recruit a Junior Data Analyst on a short-term contract basis. 4 weeks' work. Fully office-based - London - 5 days per week.

Role

• The Junior Data Analyst will support the implementation of a new HR system, Factorial HR.

• Assist with the migration of existing employee and contractor data into the new system.

• Review, organise and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Consolidate information currently held across the company intranet, employee folders and various other storage locations.

• Identify missing information, duplicate records and data inconsistencies.

• Carry out data entry and general administration to prepare information for the new system.

• Ensure all employee records, contracts and HR documentation are organised ahead of the January go-live.

Profile

• Previous experience in data entry, data administration or data cleansing.

• Experience supporting data migration or system implementations would be advantageous.

• Exposure to HR systems, ideally Factorial HR, would be highly beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling data.

• Confident working with Excel spreadsheets, databases and large volumes of information.

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

• Available at short notice and able to commit to the full contract.
