Recruitment Consultant: November, December and January starts!

Salary: £28,500 - £50,000 in year one + (Uncapped Commission!)

Working Arrangement: On-site

• Learning the step-by-step process of sourcing and placing technology professionals with leading businesses.
• Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and recruitment requirements.
• Identifying and approaching talented tech professionals, including candidates who may not be actively looking for a new role.
• Managing job vacancies, applications and candidate pipelines.
• Writing job adverts and using creative methods to attract high-quality technology talent.
• Developing an understanding of the technology market, including specialist areas such as software engineering, data, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Negotiating salaries, managing offers and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client brief through to successful placement.
• Closing deals and earning commission based on your performance.

• A 2:1 degree or higher.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Determined, ambitious and career-driven.
• Willing to go above and beyond to achieve your goals.
• Self-motivated - this is SUPER important!
• Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed. High-level sporting achievements are highly sought after.
• Resilient and able to handle setbacks.
• Coachable, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Confident communicating with people and building professional relationships.
