London | 4 Month Contract | Up to £409.56 per day Umbrella

Are you highly detail-oriented with experience reviewing packaging, branding, artwork, or product assets against established guidelines?

We are supporting the worlds leading ecommerce giant in the search for a Brand / Marketing Manager to play a key role in a major rebrand programme. This is a fast-paced contract position focused on ensuring thousands of products meet strict brand standards before progressing to production.

Working within a high-profile re-branding initiative, you will act as the quality gate for all on-product logo updates, reviewing submissions from suppliers and ensuring compliance with branding requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Review and approve updated product logo renderings across a portfolio of 2,300+ products.
  • Assess logo placement, size, colour, and overall compliance against brand guidelines.
  • Provide clear approval or rejection feedback to suppliers, ensuring required amendments are implemented.
  • Manage a structured review pipeline of approximately 200 products per week.
  • Track progress, maintain review records, and ensure SLAs are achieved.
  • Escalate risks, delays, and complex branding exceptions where required.
  • Act as the final quality checkpoint before branded assets move forward in the production process.
  • Provide regular progress updates to programme stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in environments where accuracy, quality control, and brand standards are critical.

You may have experience in:

  • Brand compliance
  • Packaging artwork review
  • Product labelling or packaging changes
  • Creative asset approval processes
  • Product catalogue management
  • Quality assurance or quality control
  • Marketing operations
  • Retail, consumer goods, FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments
Essential Experience
  • Experience reviewing packaging, product, branding, artwork, or marketing assets against established guidelines.
  • Experience approving or rejecting assets and providing feedback to internal teams, suppliers, agencies, or vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and compliance issues.
  • Experience managing high-volume, process-driven workloads while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Highly Desirable
  • Product rebrand or brand refresh experience.
  • Packaging artwork or product labelling experience.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues or SKU portfolios.
  • Experience within retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments.
Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to support one of the largest brand compliance initiatives, contributing to a programme impacting over 2,300 products and significant global revenue. You'll join a high-performing team, take ownership of a critical workstream, and play a key role in ensuring brand standards are maintained at scale.
