We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established estate agency in Walthamstow, leading a team and driving the performance of a busy branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with previous management experience, looking to take ownership of a branch, maximise performance and progress their career within a growing business.

The position comes with an attractive commission structure, a guaranteed income for the first 6 months, an override on office income and private healthcare.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and manage the branch team, setting high standards and driving performance
• Conduct morning meetings and regular 1-2-1s to monitor progress and develop the team
• Oversee a team including a secretary, mortgage adviser, negotiator/lister, sales progressor and one or two further negotiators
• Drive the branch towards its targets and maximise office income
• Be an influential figure within the branch, leading by example and creating a positive working environment
• Maintain high standards of customer service and team performance

Branch Manager Requirements

• Previous estate agency management experience
• Strong all-round estate agency experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and influence a team
• Confident setting expectations and maintaining high standards
• Good local knowledge or previous experience operating within the local property market
• Commercially minded, target-driven and results-focused

What's on Offer?

• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
• £55,000 - £65,000 OTE
• Guaranteed earnings for the first 6 months
• Commission based on a percentage of office income, with an additional office override
• £3,000 car allowance or company car

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Saturday working, with a day off in lieu
