They are searching for a Beauty Advisor, delivering luxury customer service and expert skincare guidance. You’ll act as a true brand ambassador—providing personalised consultations, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional presentation standards.

• Provide a premium, tailored experience for every client
• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend personalised routines
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Achieve sales targets through confident selling, cross-selling and upselling
• Grow the client database and manage appointments via CRM
• Support in-store events and promotional activity
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising and uphold the brand standards
• Stay updated on product launches, treatments and skincare trends
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and daily operational tasks

• Experience in luxury beauty, skincare or retail is advantageous
• Passionate about skincare and exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Professional, well-presented, confident and self-motivated
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
