We're working with a high-growth international professional services organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a global client group across multiple regions.

London based - 2-3 days in office

£100k - £120k

This is a highly visible role where you will partner directly with senior leadership, shaping the people agenda and helping the business navigate growth, transformation and organisational change.

The successful candidate will act as a true strategic business partner, using commercial insight, workforce analytics and deep stakeholder relationships to influence business outcomes and improve organisational performance.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing challenge and guidance to executive-level stakeholders.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives that support growth and business performance.
• Drive performance management and talent strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
• Support leaders through organisational change, transformation programmes and business restructuring activities.
• Leverage people data and workforce insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Champion employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives across a global workforce.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• A strong track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing key business decisions.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy with business performance.
• Experience supporting international populations across multiple regions.
• Expertise in organisational design, change management and business transformation.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A data-driven approach to problem solving and strategic decision-making.
• CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent experience.
