Associate, Technology M&A - Goodman Masson - #2184547

A global boutique advisory bank is hiring within their London Tech M&A team - a team of 15+ on London and ~150 globally. Deals are 100-500m EV and they are hiring due to pipeline and momentum.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech sector and have accrued robust M&A experience in a well regarded investment banking platform or Big 4 Tech M&A/lead advisory team.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in collaboration with the wider team)
2. Performing detailed sector and company research
3. Financial modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution
4. Supporting and developing analysts

In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience :

1. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
2. High calibre M&A experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
3. Tech/Software M&A deal experience
4. A strong understanding of the financial markets
5. Exceptional academic credentials
