Working in partnership with financial advisers, wealth managers and family offices, they create and deliver innovative investment solutions designed to provide consistent, stable returns through a defensive and transparent investment approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintaining data within systems.
2. Responsible for reviewing applications onboarded for Inheritance Tax Services.
3. Processing dealing events while maintaining oversight of the status of pending applications and assisting with cash settlement processes.
4. Responsible for reconciling client money bank accounts, processing cash entries and completing CASS-compliant Client Money and asset reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
5. Assist with the production and distribution of regular reports to clients and advisers.
6. Handling inbound calls and e-mails with clients and resolving client e-mail enquiries according to SLA.
7. Manage the upload, maintenance and reconciliation of investor and adviser data across the CRM system and associated platforms.
8. Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Experience in a client operations, investment operations or financial services environment; experience within asset/wealth management is desirable.
2. A strong commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
3. A high level of accuracy, diligence and accountability and ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. A dependable, proactive and collaborative approach.
6. The confidence to take ownership and make sound decisions.
7. A genuine interest in improving processes and supporting positive change.
