Visitor Experience Hosts, temporary, Museum in London, £14.80 per hour plus holiday accrual

Renowned museum in West London is looking for temporary Visitor Experience Hosts as they are entering a busy phase in their exhibition calendar and also in the run up to the Christmas and New year holidays. Shifts can be 4 from hours or they can be 7 or 8 hours and they can be on any day of the week and often booked at short notice.

Working within a great team, responsibilities include:

• To offer an engaging and friendly customer experience to visitors and being aware of health and safety
• Welcoming visitors on entry
• Scanning tickets
• Handing out audio guides
• Answering visitors’ questions
• Overseeing exhibits and ensuring their safety
• Ensuring visitors have the best experience possible

The successful candidate will have a friendly and helpful nature and be enthusiastic about providing the best visitor experience. Previous visitor experience work within a heritage or cultural organisation is preferred.
