  • Review roles, responsibilities, capabilities and organisational dependencies to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct workforce analysis, change impact assessments and establishment gap analysis.

  • Map end-to-end processes and workflows, identifying duplication, bottlenecks and opportunities for service improvement.

  • Support complex restructuring programmes, including employee consultation, Trade Union engagement and implementation planning.

  • Provide expert advice on Employee Relations matters, TUPE and the people implications of organisational change.

  • Facilitate design workshops and engage with senior leaders to challenge assumptions and develop evidence-based recommendations.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support leaders through complex change programmes.

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering organisation design, organisational restructuring and transformation projects.

  • Previous experience working within a Housing Association or the social housing sector is essential.

  • Strong Employee Relations experience, including consultation and managing the people implications of organisational change.

  • Practical TUPE experience is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of operating model design, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, Executive Directors and Trade Unions.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.

  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Contract Details
  • Day Rate: Up to £550 per day, outside IR35.

  • Duration: 6 months minimum, with potential for extension.

  • Location: London, hybrid working.

  • Sector: Housing Association / Social Housing.
