Job Description

Love turning clicks into customers and know your way around Google Ads? Ready to make an impact on a global scale?

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our new and growing team at LGC Standards, part of LGC Group.

If you're passionate about paid search, love getting stuck into campaign optimisation and get a genuine buzz from seeing your work deliver results, this could be the perfect next step for you!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of paid search and Shopping campaigns across international markets, working with a collaborative global team to drive ecommerce growth and make a real commercial impact.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be doing what you do best – running campaigns, testing new ideas and delivering results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the campaigns: Build, manage and optimise Google Ads Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, alongside Microsoft Advertising.
  • Turn data into results: Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and make smart, data-driven decisions to improve conversions, revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Test, learn and improve: Experiment with bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, ad creative and landing pages to discover what works best.
  • Keep our products visible: Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds, troubleshoot issues and help our products reach the right audiences.
  • Think globally: Support campaigns across multiple international markets, adapting your approach to different audiences and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with our eCommerce, Analytics, Product and Commercial teams to bring new ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of the game: Explore emerging trends, automation and AI-powered advertising tools to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid search campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, particularly Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds and troubleshooting feed issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising, automated bidding, conversion tracking and campaign testing.
  • Confidence working with performance data and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to communicate ideas and results to different stakeholders.

The following experience isn't required but would be beneficial:

  • Experience using Search Ads 360 or similar campaign management platforms.

  • A background in the scientific, life sciences or technical industries.

  • Additional European language skills, particularly French, Spanish or German.
