The Role - Year 6 Teacher

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will take responsibility for a Year 6 class, delivering creative and well-structured lessons that encourage academic and personal achievement. You will monitor pupil development, adapt teaching to meet different learning needs and maintain a positive classroom environment. Supporting pupils with their SATs preparation and ensuring they are confident and ready for secondary school will also be a key part of the position. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management, previous UKS2 teaching experience and a recognised QTS qualification.
