You'll lead client relationships, shape research programmes from design to delivery, and work at the intersection of research, analytics and emerging technology.

The Role

You will lead end-to-end research projects, acting as the primary contact for clients while delivering robust and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing quantitative research projects from scoping through to final presentation.
• Designing surveys, overseeing fieldwork, conducting analysis and producing insight reports.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Supporting proposals and business development activities with existing and prospective clients.
• Conducting public opinion research on social and political issues.
• Producing thought leadership, original research and industry-facing content.
• Training and mentoring junior researchers.
• Improving research processes and exploring new ways to leverage technology and AI.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering quantitative social, public opinion or political research.
• Ability to independently manage research projects from design through to reporting.
• Excellent questionnaire design, analysis and data storytelling skills.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience presenting research findings and strategic recommendations.
• Interest in social, political and public policy issues.
• Familiarity with R or Python is beneficial.
• Experience working with foundations, charities, think tanks, non-profits or related organisations is highly desirable.
• Enthusiasm for applying AI and new technologies within research workflows.
