A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Project Management Director to join their senior leadership team. The Project Management Director will work across a strong portfolio of commercial office projects, including cut and carve, refurbishment and complex repositioning schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Management Director who wants to combine project leadership with business development and play a central role in the future growth of the consultancy.

The successful Project Management Director will take ownership of major client relationships, lead high-value commissions and help secure new work across the London market. The Project Management Director will also support the wider leadership team in shaping strategy, growing key accounts and developing the Project Management offering. For an ambitious Project Management Director, this role offers the chance to have a genuine influence on the direction and growth of the business.

The Project Management Director will lead the delivery of complex commercial office projects while also driving business development and client growth.

Responsibilities will include managing senior client relationships, leading cut and carve and refurbishment projects, overseeing commercial and project performance, supporting bids and proposals, identifying new opportunities and helping to grow the consultancy's market presence.

The role will also involve mentoring senior Project Managers, supporting recruitment and helping to build a high-performing Project Management team.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Significant Project Management experience within a construction consultancy

• Strong experience across commercial offices, refurbishment and cut and carve projects

• A proven track record of winning work and developing new business

• Established client relationships within the London commercial property market

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fee management

• Experience leading senior client relationships and major commissions

• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification

• Experience mentoring and developing Project Management teams

• £95,000 - £120,000
