Qualification: Level 3 Childcare / Early Years or above (or equivalent)

About the Roles

We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate early years professionals to join a nursery team in South London.

We have several vacancies available for dedicated individuals who have a genuine passion for working with children and can contribute to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Current Vacancies:

• Toddler Room Leader
• Preschool Room Leader
• Deputy Room Leader (Room-Based)

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years’ proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting (requirement)
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or an equivalent relevant qualification (Level 3 or above) - Requirement
• Previous experience working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children.
• Experience is essential; we are not considering candidates without relevant nursery experience.
• For Room Leader and Deputy Room Leader positions, previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting children’s development.

Working Pattern

• Full-time positions only.

• Previous relevant experience is essential.
