  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards while supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives.

About You:

They are looking for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of managing commercial cleaning operations, developing successful management teams, and delivering strong commercial results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing large, multi-site cleaning contract portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing and managing Operations Managers.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including full P&L accountability, budget management, and contract profitability.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships, complex contracts, and client retention.
  • Strong knowledge of contract mobilisations, TUPE, retenders and new business development.
  • Confidence in making commercially sound decisions and taking accountability for results.
  • A proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A good understanding of health and safety, compliance, and cleaning industry standards.

If you are an experienced senior leader within the commercial cleaning industry who takes ownership, empowers their teams, and drives operational and commercial success, we'd love to hear from you.
