Agency Freelance Content Creator - #2186008

We're looking for a talented, creatively driven Content Creator to join a fast-paced creative agency, producing high-quality, social-first content for a range of exciting brands.

This isn't a basic UGC role. We're looking for someone with experience creating polished, engaging and concept-led content for established brands. Ideally, you'll have worked with well-known, household-name brands, with experience across FMCG particularly desirable.

You'll be confident taking projects from initial ideation through to shooting and editing, with a strong understanding of how to create content that feels native to social while still delivering against a brand's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other emerging platforms.

• Develop original creative concepts and ideas in response to client briefs.

• Shoot, film and edit engaging video and photo content.

• Produce polished, platform-native content that goes beyond basic UGC.

• Work across established brands, adapting creative to different audiences, tones of voice and brand guidelines.

• Identify cultural moments and emerging trends, translating them into relevant brand opportunities.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, social and account teams.

• Take projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

• Confidently contribute to brainstorms and present creative ideas.

Skills & Tools

• Strong experience creating content for recognised brands, ideally within an agency or production environment.

• Experience working with big-name brands and/or FMCG clients would be highly desirable.

• A strong portfolio showcasing polished, high-quality branded content.

• Confident shooting and editing video independently.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and/or CapCut.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Comfortable using cameras, lighting and audio equipment.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and wider social trends.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator within a creative agency, production studio or established brand.

• Someone whose work goes beyond basic UGC, with a strong creative eye and understanding of brand storytelling.

• Experience working with recognisable brands, ideally across FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, food and drink or consumer brands.

• A strong understanding of social-first creative and what makes content resonate with audiences.

• Someone who can independently ideate, shoot and edit to a high standard.

• Culturally switched on, proactive and confident bringing fresh ideas to the table.

• Comfortable working across multiple clients and managing deadlines in a busy agency environment.
