International Arbitration Paralegal | London | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded international arbitration team in London.

Working closely with a leading Partner, this is a unique role that combines exposure to complex cross-border energy disputes with a strong focus on business development, client relationships and practice growth. This is not a traditional fee-earning paralegal position and would suit a confident, commercially minded individual who enjoys working directly with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Partner on a day-to-day basis across legal and commercial matters
• Attending client meetings, calls, networking events and industry functions
• Supporting BD activities, pitches, presentations and client relationship management
• Conducting legal, industry and market research
• Assisting with international arbitration matters and case preparation
• Coordinating with clients, experts and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing key documents, correspondence and follow-up actions

About You

• Previous paralegal experience within disputes, arbitration or litigation
• Confident and professional, with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Interested in client-facing work and business development
