Senior Lending Product Manager / Loans Product Manager - Asset/Wealth Management Change & Transformation - #2187583

A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Lending Product Manager to join its Product team on a fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established lending product professional to play a key role in the development, enhancement and governance of lending propositions across a regulated environment.

1. Support the development and delivery of lending product strategy and roadmap
2. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
3. Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practice
4. Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Distribution functions
5. Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews to inform product development
6. Contribute to product governance, risk management and customer outcome initiatives
7. Drive enhancements to lending processes and customer journeys

1. Proven experience within a lending product management role
2. Strong knowledge of UK lending markets and regulations, ideally including MCOB and Consumer Credit Act (CCA) requirements
3. Experience across one or more of:
4. Commercial Lending
5. SME Lending
6. Real Estate / Property Finance
7. Strong analytical and numerical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities
8. Experience working within a regulated financial services environment
9. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
10. Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach
