Join a leading global professional services firm undergoing a major technology transformation as it moves towards a product-led operating model. The business has just undergone a significant transformation programme and needs a Scrum Master to take ownership of working with internal and external teams to deliver products effectively.

Role

As a Scrum Master, you will work across multiple product teams, coaching them to embed effective Agile practices and improve delivery across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners, helping teams deliver product releases efficiently.

Key responsibilities

1. Support multiple Scrum and Kanban teams across different product streams.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
3. Coach teams on Agile principles and improve ways of working.
4. Identify delivery blockers, manage dependencies and improve team performance.
5. Work closely with Product Owners, internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
6. Promote collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
7. Adapt Agile practices to suit a hybrid Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall environment.

About You

1. Proven hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
2. Experience coaching multiple teams and embedding Agile ways of working.
3. Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
4. Experience using Azure DevOps Boards (essential).
5. Flexible, curious and adaptable, with the ability to work across different teams and products.
6. Legal or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential.
