With an established international presence and significant capabilities across government and defence markets, the business is investing in the continued growth of its Government Solutions division across EMEA.
About the role
As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the business is looking to appoint a senior commercial leader to drive the continued expansion of its Government Solutions offering across EMEA. This is a high-profile, new-business-focused position responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and securing complex contracts across government and defence markets.

• Drive new business and revenue growth across the Government Solutions division throughout EMEA.
• Identify, develop and convert strategic opportunities across government, defence and related markets.
• Navigate complex government procurement processes, including formal tenders and long-term contractual opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key government, military and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop opportunities across fuel, energy logistics and wider supply chain solutions.
• Lead complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Use an established understanding of the government and defence landscape to identify new routes to market and areas for commercial growth.
• Work closely with senior international leadership to support the wider growth strategy for the EMEA region.
• Bring a strategic approach while remaining commercially hands-on and capable of personally driving significant new business.

What you will get in this role

• £120,000 - £160,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• 30% annual bonus.
