COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Build a rewarding career within a rapidly growing FMCG business as a Commercial Account Executive, paying £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, supporting both the Export Director and UK Sales Director across a broad range of commercial activities. From account management and forecasting to promotions, customer relationships and retailer engagement, you'll gain valuable exposure to both UK and international markets. COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

• Supporting commercial negotiations and managing relationships with export distributors and major retail accounts
• Coordinating export and national account administration, including contracts, new customer documentation, compliance and account management activities
• Managing and maintaining customer joint business plans (JBPs), ensuring accurate data, pricing and product information across internal and external systems
• Analysing sales and promotional performance, monitoring forecasts and implementing adjustments to support commercial objectives
• Maintaining and updating key business systems, including Bevica (ERP), AGR (Demand Planning) and customer portals
• Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service, stock availability and promotional execution
• Managing advertising and promotion reconciliations and authorising customer spend within agreed limits
• Conducting store visits and monitoring promotional activity to ensure successful execution and compliance with customer requirements

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:

• Demonstrating a minimum of 12 months’ sales operations experience within FMCG, alcohol, grocery or fashion industries
• Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Producing sales reports, analysing data and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities
• Presenting information confidently to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Holding a degree-level qualification
• Utilising Bevica systems where required
• Utilising AGR systems where required
