An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Workforce Planning to join a leading international law firm undergoing significant growth and transformation.

This strategic leadership role will focus on shaping the firm's future workforce, aligning talent acquisition with ambitious growth plans and leading an established TA and Emerging Talent function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a long-term workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy.

• Lead the TA function, spanning Early Careers through to lateral Partner recruitment.

• Evaluate resourcing models and anticipate future talent requirements.

• Partner with C-suite executives to align talent strategy with business objectives.

• Lead and develop a large team, with three direct reports.

Key Requirements:

• Significant senior leadership experience within Talent Acquisition.

• Strong strategic workforce planning and commercial expertise.

• Experience within professional services highly desirable.

• Exposure to lateral Partner recruitment advantageous.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
