Salary: up to £150,500 (depending on experience)

Hybrid: 50% office-based
Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of People & Culture to join a highly regarded, international professional services organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation.

This is a newly structured, strategic leadership role, bringing together Employee Experience, DE&I, Engagement and Wellbeing to create a more connected and inclusive workplace culture.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape and deliver the firm's People & Culture strategy, leading a team of three and driving meaningful organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a cohesive People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead initiatives across DE&I, employee engagement, wellbeing and employee experience.

• Drive cultural change and strengthen employee experience across the organisation.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver measurable improvements.

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of three.

• Use employee feedback and people data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience across People & Culture, DE&I, Employee Experience or Engagement.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to align people initiatives with business strategy.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver organisational change.

• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

• A strategic yet hands-on approach, with the ability to demonstrate measurable results.

• Law firm or professional services experience advantageous but not essential.
