Salary between £22,000 - £28,000

• Fully CeMAP qualified (essential)
• Around 6-12 months' experience within mortgages, financial services, banking, estate agency or a regulated sales environment
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career as a Mortgage Adviser
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who wants coaching, support and genuine career development

• You've passed CeMAP but aren't getting enough opportunities to write business.
• You're currently working in the industry but feel your development has stalled.
