Industrials, Natural Resources, Metals & Mining M&A- Associate - #2188868

Eton Clarke is assisting its client in their search for an M&A Associate covering either Industrials, Natural Resources, and Metals & Mining across the UK and Europe.

Our client is looking for an Associate Level Candidate with expertise in M&A and Corporate Finance advisory, ideally with experience across Industrials, Natural Resources, or Metals & Mining, to support the origination and execution of complex transactions across the UK and European markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers, product teams, relationship managers and other key stakeholders to deliver strategic advisory and transaction execution services, while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's sector franchise.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Support the execution of the full M&A transaction lifecycle including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and transaction completion.
2. Contribute to the origination of new M&A opportunities, preparation of pitches and marketing materials, development of client relationship and provision of strategic transaction advice.
3. The ideal candidate would have between 2 and 6 years experience, with a strong track record of executing on large cap M&A transactions across EMEA.
4. Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation assessments, industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and support transaction decision making.
