Henry Martin Group is looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing London team, offering commission with no threshold and banded rates up to 33%, paid monthly, direct founder mentorship and the freedom to grow your desk.

We specialise in white collar construction recruitment, partnering with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors, developers and specialist contractors. Our established relationships give you a platform to develop existing accounts, win new business and make your mark.

The Opportunity

You know how to bill, build relationships and deliver results. We’ll give you the trust, tools and support to take that further.

You’ll own the full recruitment process, develop your market and build lasting client and candidate relationships, with direct access to founders Joel and Jamie Herman.

With access to the best software and a database of over 20,000 candidates, you’ll have the resources to support your business development and sourcing.

Your ambition will have somewhere to go, with progression towards Principal Consultant and leadership, plus the opportunity to hire, coach and grow your own team as your responsibilities develop.
