Sales Director - Italy Investment Management Public & Private Markets London - #2188964

We’re working with a high-growth, independent investment firm to appoint a senior Italian-speaking sales professional to cover Italy.

This is an opportunity to help shape the firm’s distribution strategy in Italy, combining the breadth of a multi-asset platform with the autonomy and visibility of an entrepreneurial business. You’ll develop relationships with institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers and family offices, working closely with senior leadership and investment teams to deliver solutions across public and private markets.

The role

1. Build and deepen client relationships across Italy, drawing on your network to identify opportunities and win new business.
2. Lead the sales process from initial engagement to investment, clearly articulating investment strategies and their role within client portfolios.
3. Help shape regional growth plans, bringing client insights into the business and providing thoughtful, responsive ongoing coverage.

Your experience

1. An established network of Italian investor relationships and a demonstrable track record of raising assets.
2. Strong investment knowledge across liquid, alternative and private market strategies, with experience distributing to sophisticated clients.
3. Fluent Italian and English, a consultative approach and the commercial drive to thrive in an autonomous, collaborative environment.
