Design Engineer - London (Hybrid) - Up to £150,000

We are working alongside a global AI Technology company who are growing rapidly and looking for a Design Engineer to shape the future of human-AI collaboration. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a young business in building AI software and owning the entire product journey.

This is an end-to-end role, not a hand-off between design and engineering. You will work closely with the product and engineering leadership, creating intuitive experiences that help with simplifying workflows. You will develop high-quality interfaces that enable users to interact confidently with AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving seamlessly between Figma and production code.

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience building modern front-end applications using TypeScript, Vue.js and Tailwind CSS
• Excellent UI/UX design skills with advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience taking products from concept and wire frames through to production deployment.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, user journeys, information architecture and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Ability to integrate APIs and build responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• A portfolio showcasing both exceptional design capability and hands-on front-end engineering expertise.
