Property Manager - High-End International Property Consultancy

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Commission

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

About the Role

A prestigious, high-end international estate agency based in Chelsea is looking for an experienced and personable Property Manager to join its growing team, supporting both the Property Management and Lettings departments.

The agency manages a portfolio of luxury residential properties on behalf of an international client base, including landlords from Italy, France, Switzerland, South America and Monaco.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of luxury residential properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with international landlords and tenants.
• Support tenancy progression and lettings administration.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the wider Property Management and Lettings teams to deliver exceptional service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in property management, lettings or a similar property role.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, proactive and personable approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the property sector.
• Additional language skills, particularly Italian, French or Spanish, would be highly advantageous given the international client base.
