Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + 10% Performance Bonus

Are you an accomplished Regional Nursery Manager ready to lead multiple settings, develop high-performing teams and drive exceptional standards across Central London?

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Regional Nursery Manager to take responsibility for a group of nursery settings across Central London.

This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong operational management with a genuine passion for early years education. You will play a key role in shaping the performance, culture and quality of multiple settings, ensuring that high standards are not just expected but consistently delivered.

THE ROLE: YOUR IMPACT

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of multiple nursery settings.
• Leading, managing and holding Nursery Managers accountable for performance and results.
• Developing confident, capable and effective management teams.
• Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring quality, operational standards and overall nursery performance.

THE LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will be an established senior childcare professional with significant experience in nursery management, ideally within a multi-site or regional leadership position.

You will bring:

• Proven experience overseeing nursery operations or managing multiple settings.
• A strong, decisive and confident leadership style.
• The ability to challenge, influence and manage senior teams effectively.
• The ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and decision-making ability.
