People Coordinator - 6 month contract - #2189050

We are working with a highly regarded, international creative business to recruit a Global People Coordinator for an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, forward-thinking People team, supporting HR operations across multiple international locations whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of people initiatives and strategic projects.

Working closely with senior People leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of global HR processes, whilst helping to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Assisting with payroll, HR administration, compliance and employee documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee data and reporting through HR systems.
• Supporting global reward, benefits and salary review processes.
• Assisting with people-related projects, presentations and reporting.
• Exploring opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation and process improvements.
• Supporting global People & Culture initiatives.

About you:

We are looking for someone bright, proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR.

You may already have some HR experience or come from a strong administrative or coordination background within a fast-paced environment. You will be confident working with Excel and data, comfortable learning new systems and keen to embrace new technology.

Above all, you will bring curiosity, initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
