Prestigious US law firm with exceptional offices in the City is seeking a driven and detailed-orientated Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm’s lateral associate recruitment on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the interview process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, arranging meeting rooms, greeting candidates and organising visitor passes
• Collecting and tracking interviewer feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Gathering pre-hire documentation, coordinating background checks and liaising with the HR team on assessments
• Preparing and analysing lateral recruitment data, legal market trends and recruitment-related tracking reports
• Processing, tracking and filing candidate submissions, invoices, vendor agreements and agency placement fees
• Posting lateral vacancies internally and externally, as required
• Maintaining recruitment spreadsheets and ensuring accurate candidate and recruitment data tracking
• Delivering a high standard of client service and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a law firm is essential
• Excellent academics, Bachelor’s degree, or similar, is preferred
• Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
