Marketing Coordinator

Our leading US law firm client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Marketing department in the heart of the City. You’ll be supporting a range of office, regional and firmwide marketing and client engagement initiatives, working closely with lawyers and colleagues across the firm to enhance the firm’s profile.

Marketing Coordinator– What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate client events, sponsorships, invitations and registrations
• Manage regional client entertainment and event ticket allocations
• Draft and review lawyer biographies, announcements and marketing communications
• Prepare content for the firm's website, intranet and social media
• Identify speaking opportunities and profile-raising activities for lawyers
• Support regional marketing and Inclusion initiatives
• Maintain marketing activity using Salesforce, InterAction and Foundation
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and promotional merchandise
• Research clients, contacts, industries and competitors
• Provide training on marketing tools, including InterAction and LinkedIn

Marketing Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Marketing, Business Development or Client Engagement experience gained within a law firm
• Confident building relationships and liaising with lawyers, senior stakeholders and colleagues across different teams
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage events, communications and administrative processes effectively
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in marketing technology, CRM and client relationship management systems
