Reporting to: Financial Controller
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday with Hybrid working
6 weeks temporary role – IMMEDIATE START

We’re recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client’s growing finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant experience to join an established business within the office interiors and construction industry.
The Role:

• Support the day-to-day accounts payable function.
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage supplier queries, expenses and petty cash.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
