The Role - Client Audit Manager

Location: Hybrid / Central London

Are you an organised, detail-oriented media professional who thrives at the intersection of media operations, finance, and process optimisation? We are looking for an experienced audit specialist to take the lead on client compliance, drive operational efficiency, and mentor an ambitious team.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will own the delivery of our client audit lifecycle from kickoff to sign-off. Serving as the primary liaison between agency partners, internal stakeholders, and external auditing bodies, you’ll ensure transparency, resolve complex queries, and uphold the highest standards of media governance across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Client Audits: Act as the trusted focal point for agency collaborators and third-party auditors, steering discussions, coordinating documentation, and clearing roadblocks with speed and clarity.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor Client Audit Executives, instilling compliance standards, refining everyday workflows, and championing industry best practices.
  • Capacity & Workflow Management: Triage new audit requests, allocate workloads, and establish delivery schedules to ensure team deadlines are consistently met.
  • Process Evolution: Partner closely with the Head of Media Compliance to spot operational friction points, suggesting and deploying practical workflow and systems upgrades across the wider business.
  • Governance & Standards: Keep all operational and audit frameworks strictly aligned with company guidelines and statutory industry regulations.
  • Campaign Reconciliation: Direct the complete reconciliation of media investments, spearheading cross-departmental investigations into discrepancies and delivering transparent progress reporting.
About You
  • Solid background in media auditing, media finance, or agency compliance operations.
  • Proven track record managing multi-party communications and defusing project bottlenecks under tight timelines.
  • Experience coaching, supervising, or mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience handling campaign reconciliations and variance reporting.
  • Natural problem solver who looks beyond the spreadsheet to make systems and processes run better.
