Leading global law firm renowned for their inclusive, collegiate firmwide culture is seeking commercially minded qualified Conflicts Lawyers on initial 3 or 6-month fixed-term contracts to offer immediate conflicts assistance and experience. Candidates must be available immediately.

Conflicts Lawyer – What You’ll Be Doing:

Review and analyse conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and business issues
Draft conflict waivers, and ethical screens as required
Prepare conflict summaries for Partners
Review and approve New Business forms
Verify new clients and matter parties
Conduct research using external databases
Advise Partners, Associates, and support teams on new business intake policies and procedures

Conflicts Lawyer – What We’re Looking For:

All levels, looking for candidates who can hit the ground running
Must be admitted to a recognised Law Society or Bar
