The opportunity

As a Business Support Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop relationships with clients and candidates across a broad range of business support and professional office functions, with a particular focus on Financial Services.

Your market may include opportunities across administration, office management, executive assistance, personal assistance, reception, customer service, operations support and other essential business support disciplines.

You'll work with organisations of different sizes and sectors, helping them attract the people who keep their businesses running effectively.

This is a varied, people-focused and commercially rewarding role, combining candidate engagement, client relationship management and proactive business development.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Developing new business opportunities and growing your specialist recruitment market.
• Managing recruitment assignments from initial client briefing through to successful placement.
• Identifying, attracting and engaging talented business support professionals.
• Providing clients with informed advice on recruitment trends, candidate availability and market conditions.
• Delivering a professional, responsive and consultative recruitment service.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Meraki Talent's specialist recruitment teams.

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within business support or office support with particular knowledge of the Financial Services market.

• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.
