Change & Engagement Lead

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Change & Engagement Lead, with good demonstrable experience with AI to join their team on an 18-month Fixed-Term basis.

Our client is looking to get AI embedded at scale – a more structured and measurable manner, into the delivery of our client’s services across the group.

This new role leads the change and adoption side of that programme: making sure consultants, support staff and business services teams understand, trust and confidently use new AI-enabled ways of working, so that the benefits are realised and measurable in every area across the group.

Change & Engagement Lead – Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading a significant change or technology-adoption programme, ideally within professional or legal services, or another people-heavy, regulated business.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at partner and executive level and working across autonomous business units.
• Experience managing, or closely partnering with, a learning and development function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to land one consistent message across very different audiences.
• Working understanding of reward and recognition design, sufficient to partner effectively with HR teams without owning reward design outright.
• Comfortable working with data: able to define adoption measures and use them to steer the programme, with analytics support.
