Social Media Manager, London – Up to £40K (Pro Rata) – Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Social Media Manager who loves creating engaging content, delivering exciting social campaigns and getting hands-on with the creative process?

We’re working with a dynamic creative agency looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join their team on an initial rolling contract, with an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, energetic and highly organised Social Media Manager who combines excellent project management skills with a genuine passion for social media, content creation and emerging trends.

You’ll be involved in everything from managing social campaigns and developing creative ideas to attending shoots, capturing content and writing engaging copy.

Responsibilities of this Social Media Manager role include:

• Managing social media projects and campaigns from initial brief through to delivery.
• Coordinating timelines, deliverables and creative resources to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Contributing fresh, engaging ideas to social media campaigns and content strategies.
• Attending content shoots and supporting the production of social-first creative.
• Capturing high-quality, engaging content using an iPhone when required.
• Writing compelling social captions and adapting copy for different audiences and platforms.
• Working closely with creative, content and account management teams to deliver outstanding work.
• Keeping up to date with social media trends, platform developments and emerging content formats.
• Ensuring content is delivered on time, on brief and to a consistently high standard.
• Bringing enthusiasm, initiative and a proactive approach to a busy creative environment.

Requirements for this Social Media Manager role include:

• Proven experience working as a Social Media Manager, ideally within a creative, social or integrated marketing agency.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
