  Due to a recent merger and subsequent finance restructure we are looking for an experienced Biller to join a creative agency based in central London.

  Your work will focus on reconciling rechargeable client expenses, so you will need excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.

  Duties will include:
• Process incoming payments and update accounting records.
• Review financial statements and billing data for errors.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain organized billing and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare reports on billing activity and payment status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• In medical or insurance settings, monitor insurance claims and appeal denials.
