Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join the Corporate / M&A team of a medium-sized law firm in London. Potential to progress with possibility of training contract in the future. Hybrid working, 4 days in the office.

You will require solid experience as a Paralegal in Corporate / M&A in a law firm as you will be supporting the team in all aspects of transactions including online data rooms, drafting Minutes and basic Agreements, filing documents with Companies House, due diligence, assisting with disclosure, corporate restructures, maintaining time trackers and extensive liaison with clients, Partners and Lawyers within the team.

You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in relation to proof reading and drafting documents.
