£27,600 Base + Uncapped Commission (Typical OTE in first year £35-40k+!)

We are currently hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our London recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We specialise in the Cloud Tech industry (covering Cloud, Data, AI, Cyber Security), which is a growing and highly in demand sector, with us you'll become a specialist recruiter in this area, becoming a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates!

Recruitment isn't a standard 9-5. This is sales, where you'll build relationships with businesses and candidates, negotiate deals, influence hiring decisions, and earn commission from your hard work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to develop and win new business opportunities with clients within the Cloud Tech sector
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers
• Managing the full sales and recruitment process
• Consulting with clients and candidates to deliver recruitment solutions
• Negotiating offers and closing deals

This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are prepared to work hard, learn quickly, and consistently push themselves outside their comfort zone.

Earning potential / typical on target earnings:

Year 1 - £35K+

Year 2 - £40-50K+

Year 3+ - £50-80L+

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, sport, customer service or other fast-paced environments is advantageous, but not essential.
