We're recruiting for a Mortgage Adviser to join a highly successful and fast-paced independent mortgage brokerage in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Adviser with 6-12 months' industry experience to join an established and growing business, with full support, quality leads, and excellent earning potential.

The Role

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Conduct initial mortgage appointments with prospective clients
• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their individual circumstances and requirements
• Manage client relationships from initial appointment through to application and sign-up
• Convert leads into new mortgage business
• Deliver an excellent standard of customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
• Work towards individual targets and business objectives
• Manage your pipeline effectively and ensure a smooth client journey

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

• Fully CeMAP qualified
• 6-12 months' mortgage industry experience
• Previous experience within mortgage broking or mortgage advice
• Confident conducting first appointments and securing subsequent sign-ups
• Driven, ambitious, and motivated to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional approach with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline

What's on Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary, with the opportunity to increase to £40,000 based on performance
• Commission structure ranging from 15% - 20%
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
• Year 2 OTE: £60,000+

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
