Senior CRM Manager - Up to £60,000 pro rata / North London / Part Time

** This is a part time Senior CRM Manager role - they will consider 3 or 4 days per week **

A luxury brand in North London is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own and elevate every customer conversation. This is a standout opportunity to take the keys to CRM at a premium business, reporting directly into the Marketing Director with genuine influence over how customers are engaged, retained and brought back time and again.

What You'll Do

• Set the CRM vision and own a rolling campaign calendar built around commercial goals
• Design and refine automated, behaviour-triggered journeys that make every customer feel valued
• Lead segmentation and personalisation to drive engagement, loyalty and repeat revenue
• Own the CRM platform end to end, from data feeds and user access to the data model
• Manage external CRM and tech partners, holding them to high standards on delivery and value
• Strengthen data capture across every customer touchpoint and keep data quality sharp
• Turn performance data into clear insight and present recommendations to senior leaders
• Lead CRM projects from idea to launch and drive a culture of testing and learning

You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading CRM and email strategy and campaigns
• Strong hands-on platform expertise, with CDP experience a real plus
• A sharp eye for segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle automation
