Salesforce Administrator - #2190283

Wise May are looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join a busy professional services business based in Canary Wharf to support data and revenue operations.

This is a full time, temporary role (6 weeks). The hours are 9-5, and the role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Revenue Data Administrator key duties and responsibilities:

• Review, cleanse and maintain donor, organisation and revenue data within Salesforce.
• Reconcile records against source documentation and identify discrepancies.
• Consolidate duplicate records and improve overall CRM data quality.
• Upload, validate and maintain historical and current revenue information.
• Support the preparation of revenue forecasting and budgeting data within Salesforce.
• Review due diligence information and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Link Salesforce records to supporting contractual documentation held in SharePoint.
• Investigate data issues and escalate anomalies where appropriate.
• Assist with data uploads, reporting and ongoing CRM housekeeping activities.

Revenue Data Administrator skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in a CRM administration, revenue operations or database support role.
• Strong data cleansing, data validation and reconciliation experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve data quality issues.
• Confident working with Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
